Our service is a key link of the medical complex. Before the patient arrives in Israel, we provide him with all the important information, arrange an appointment with doctors and accompany him to consultations and all necessary medical procedures or examinations.
TAMC hospital pricing policy
- TAMC hospital pricing is overseen by Israeli Ministry of Health.
- For prescribed procedures, you pay after they are completed, there is no need to pay for the full services package firstly.
How to make an appointment:
For a consultation with our best specialists, you or your relatives should send an email with medical documents to [email protected].
After your application has been reviewed by one of our International Patient Coordinators, you will be called back to clarify your medical history. Then your case will be sent to the appropriate department to develop a treatment plan. Сommonly you will receive a response with treatment details, its cost and terms within 24 hours.
Required documents:
Histological material: these are tissue samples taken during a biopsy or surgery. To obtain them, contact your physician and find out where these materials are stored. Then contact the appropriate institution to obtain these samples and appropriate conclusions. At the first stage of the application, only the conclusion of histology can be sent.
Radiological studies:
This includes images taken with various imaging methods such as X-ray, MRI, CT, and PET-CT. To obtain them, please contact the medical institution where they were carried out and ask if they can be provided on CD in Dicom format. Also obtain copies of all research reports. If you have problems or questions, do not hesitate to contact your doctor for further assistance in obtaining the necessary materials. Medical conclusion from attending physician
This document is a detailed report from your doctor covering all information about your health and treatment. In certain situations, described below, you will need to obtain this synopsis from your physician or team of specialists.
If you have already started treatment before contact with Tel Aviv Medical Clinic, please attend your current physician for a summary medical report or a copy of your medical file.
Your Medications
We need all the information related to medications you are taking. You can freely describe the name of the drugs and their dosages. If it is a systemic treatment, describe the start and end dates of treatment course, the name of the drug and its dosage.
If you are flying to our clinic in Israel for treatment, do not forget to take with you all the bottles of medicines that you are currently taking – both those prescribed by a doctor and those that are available without a prescription. You should also bring vials of vitamins or natural supplements if you use them with you.
Each vial must be marked with:
- The name of the drug;
- Dosage;
- Regularity of reception.
Treatment program
After all the medical information reviewing, a representative of the clinic will contact you. Employees of the department of medical tourism will answer all your questions related to the program of examination and treatment. In some cases, an online consultation with attending physician of our clinic is required. After the patient understands and agrees with the program of examination and treatment, our staff agree on the dates of arrival.
