How long should I wait for an appointment with a specialist?

Representatives of the clinic will take care of the appointment in the near future. The date of the visit to the specialist is set in accordance with his schedule, individual needs, and preferences of the patient, his relatives.

Is it possible to make an appointment with a specific doctor selected for personal reasons?

The patient can choose a specific specialist on his own. In such a case, there is no guarantee that it will be possible to get to the reception in the nearest period. If the client wishes, the medical center will register him with another doctor who works together with the selected specialist. His qualification, the specialization will fully correspond to the needs of the patient.

Before visiting a specialist, should you receive a referral from a family doctor or attending doctor?

That’s not necessary. Every person from any state has the opportunity to leave a request for admission from specialists of the clinic, to receive independent consultation of doctors.

What is the cost of treatment at the medical center?

The price of medical care depends on the patient’s diagnosis. The client can get all calculations from the representative of the clinic after the initial examination of the specialist. Specify information on prices for TAMС services.

Can I pay for the treatment in installments?

Unfortunately, the clinic does not provide this option. The patient must pay a certain amount to the hospital deposit to cover the costs of the recommended treatment. If there is a balance in the account after the end of the therapy, they will be returned to the patient in full.

Are there any discounts on medical care?

TAMС Medical Center does not provide discounts. Clinic representatives understand the need for prior cost planning for foreign patients. To avoid additional, unforeseen costs, the client is provided with the most accurate calculations. In some cases, the hospital turns to funds that financially support patients. It is possible to partially cover the cost of treatment through a special donation program.

Does the clinic provide an interpreter to foreign patients?

The Medical Center provides patients from other countries, free of charge, with a translator with a medical specialization for the duration of their stay in the clinic. Patients can receive services around the clock, over the phone or during personal communication.

Is patient placement available in a separate room?

Patients staying in hospital stay in a separate or double ward. Unfortunately, the clinic does not guarantee that the patient will receive a single room if there are no strict medical recommendations for this. For more information on this subject, please contact your coordinator.

Can a patient come to the clinic accompanied by relatives?

The clinic understands the need for family members to be present for patients. Accompanying close people positively affects the health and well-being of patients, so the hospital receives the families of patients. The presence of relatives is available during an outpatient visit to a medical institution while undergoing another treatment course. Visits during inpatient treatment are allowed.

How to find a place of residence in Tel Aviv?

The clinic provides special fares, service for its customers and their families in several hotels in Tel Aviv. A personal customer service assistant will assist with the placement.

What food are patients in the hospital allowed to eat?

Patients on hospital treatment are provided with a diet based on medical recommendations. If you are allergic to some products, need for kosher, vegetarian, halal nutrition, you should first inform the medical staff. A meal order is available to guests of the patient. All foreign patients receive printed copies of official guides to the capital of Israel. The personal coordinator assists, answering all questions of arrived patients, their relatives. He will report on the location of the international school, grocery store, other necessary places in proximity to the medical center.

Is it possible to keep in touch with the medical center after returning to my homeland?

The clinic’s medical staff will contact the patient’s doctor at home, provide information on the necessary care, medicines that the patient may need after treatment. Before returning home, the patient or his family members receive a complete package of medical documents with the results of the research carried out by the specialists of the clinic. Additionally, the client is provided with images, laboratory analysis data obtained by him in other clinics. After returning to their homeland, the clinic team recommends further maintaining contact with the personal coordinator, asking him the necessary questions.
