    FAQ

How to contact the TAMC clinic for treatment in Israel?

You can use the contact form located at the bottom right of our website…“Contact us” through which you can contact us as. You can also contact us by e-mail: [email protected]

For patients who find it convenient to contact via messengers such as WhatsApp\Viber\Telegram, there is a service by number: +972 523373108.

When contacting, it is important to briefly describe the medical problem. The description can be in your own words. After understanding the problem, we will send a request to the relevant specialist to clarify the examination and treatment program.

On average, the response from the coordinator to the initial request takes up to 1 hour from the moment of the request. After the coordinator has sent the documents to the specialist, on average we return with a treatment program from 4-24 hours. It is important to note that in Israel the working week starts from Sunday-Thursday from 8.00-22.00. Friday and Saturday are days off and the response is not guaranteed within an hour!

What documents must be provided to formulate a treatment/diagnostic plan?

After we have reviewed the initial information, we need to understand what stage of treatment the patient is at or what treatment has already been done, and for this we can request the following information from you:

    • Medical reports
    • Imaging studies (CT, MRI, PET-CT) or corresponding discs or any other studies.
    • Laboratory tests.

    * It is important to note that we do not accept handwritten reports!

After we have received a full package of documents from you, we will send an application to the department for understanding and preparing a diagnostic and treatment plan for you in Israel.

In most cases, it is enough for patients to familiarize themselves with the preliminary treatment plan to understand the treatment time frame and cost. In some cases, we are not completely sure of the accuracy of the program or the diagnosis itself requires an examination or a doctor’s explanation of the treatment itself, and then we may recommend an online consultation, usually conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp video call or video communication via WhatsApp. The cost of the consultation varies depending on the specialist and must be clarified in advance.

How to schedule an online consultation?

For a full consultation with the best results, the clinic staff needs patients to send their entire medical history. It is also important to send a description of all the latest checks that were done after the completion of treatment (if any). After our coordinators have prepared the entire package of documents, we send the application to the relevant department. After the specialist has read and understood that we are able to assist, we schedule an online consultation. In cases where we CANNOT help, the consultation will not be scheduled!

You will be prepared an invoice for payment and sent to you. There are several payment options: bank transfer, online payment by credit card and cash payment at the clinic’s cash desk.

When scheduling an online consultation, you will be provided with the following information:

    • Date and time of the online consultation
    • Last name and first name of the doctor
    • Cost of the initial visit.

What are the stages of arrival in Israel for treatment?

In fact, arrival in Israel is not a difficult task. On average, from the moment of application until the moment begins treatment in Israel, it takes 7-8 days. What are the stages:

    • Obtaining a treatment program
    • Obtaining an invitation (including for obtaining a visa)
    • Booking tickets to Israel
    • Booking accommodation – hotel or apartment
    • Registration of ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) – electronic entry permit
    • Organizing a transfer from the airport to the hotel or apartment

The cost of private treatment in Israel at TAMC?

This is a very important question, since arriving in a foreign country for treatment is not an easy decision. You need to understand the time of stay in medical travel in Israel, understand the cost, the language barrier, resolve issues with accommodation and much more, but probably the main issue that worries first of all is the cost of treatment in Israel.

It is important to understand that the diagnostic and treatment program is formed by the attending staff and at the first stage this happens remotely, without examining the patient. The plan is made based on the medical history that the patient sends us. On average, the diagnostic time is 2-5 working days, the treatment plan is from 3-10 days. It is clear that this is very individual and, for example, patients who come for oncological or hematological problems can stay in Israel for several months.

Before your arrival, you will receive a preliminary plan and if you have any questions, you can always ask them to the coordinator who is in touch with you or write to us on through our WhatsApp support line at +972523373108.

You can see the full price list here.

What housing options are available near the hospital?

The choice of accommodation depends on the patient’s wishes. On the hospital grounds there is a 4* hotel Vital and a 5-minute walk away is the hotel Link Hotel & Hub. It is also important to note that Tel Aviv is a tourist city and the number of places to stay is very abundant. Before arriving, you can tell the coordinator your wishes and we will definitely help you with the booking.
